Clarke Quay.

Went down to Clarke Quay with Ryan and Lenson last Saturday to take pictures. Haha.

Met them first at Hougang Station, then had a drink at Starbucks before walking around the place. Gosh, tried out Lenson's super expensive new lens also. =O

Shot most of the pictures optimized for high contrast and high saturation, so all the pictures look rather vivid. Haha. =)

Okay, was trying to make it look as if Lenson was resting his lens on the top of that building, but I don't think it really worked. Haha.

Oh one thing that was really weird was that people were like staring at the three of us. Especially at Lenson and his super professional looking lens. Haha. Sometime it's really funny and awkward when someone with a not-so-pro camera walks past us and is like staring balantly. =D

Snowie's Birthday.

Okay today's my dog's 6th Birthday! =D He was born on the 18th August 2002, so he's 6 years old now! =D

Haha, we got him a nice dog bed from Ikea for his birthday present. =D

He jumped right in immediately. Haha.

End Of Prelims.

Preliminary Examinations ended last Thursday for me. =D And I haven't updated yet so, I shall do so now. =)

Erm, Monday was a school holiday because of National Day. Yay! Spent the day studying at MacDonald's at Kovan. =S Haha but it was fun. ;)

Tuesday was English Paper 2. Gosh, I think it went okay but I had about 45 minutes left to do the summary question. =\ Ended up writing 2 drafts for the summary and then meticulousy copying nicely without any mistakes onto my final answer. =D

Chemistry went okay too. =D Knew how to do most of the questions, but I wrote Buthyne instead of Butyne. Sighs. (No one know's what I'm talking about, haha)

Wednesday was Physical Geography paper. At least this time I sort of understood the question unlike the Human Geog paper. =D And I realised that for all my Physical Geography papers I'm always answering the Plate Tectonics one. Haha.

Thursday was Science Paper 1. Finished super fast with half an hour plus to spare? =\

Didn't have anything on Friday because I don't take higher mother tongue. =D Went out to watch Journey To The Centre Of The Earth. =)


It's an okay movie la. Quite a few stupidly funny parts, hahaha. And there's lots of plate tectonics and volcanic shafts and whatever mentioned. =) And we got a water bottle instead of a banana! Heehee. =P


Okay, random things now. Got back my O Level Chinese Results! Haha. I got Merit for Oral and a surprising B4 overall. Don't know how much I got for Paper 2 and 3 but the important thing is I scored B4! Gosh, I was super surprised and went back to check like 3 times. =D It's rather unexpected because I got a C6 for my Progress Report and I myself was expecting a 5 or 6. =O

Maybe the examiners marked the wrong paper or something, but to save them the hassle and stress I shall be gracious and accept any mistakes they may have made in the marking process. =)


Oh, and Snowie fell sick! He's like sneezing every few seconds and coughing. Haha. It's kind of funny seeing him sneeze and cough. =D He went to see a doctor on Saturday and was given cough and flu medicine. =O I think he fell sick because he went for a haircut when we were in Malacca. Now he's like, botak. Haha.

Malacca Trip.

Woke up on Saturday at a horrible time of 6am. Haha. Okay I spent Saturday and Sunday at Malacca with my family. Sort of like a really impromptu short kind of holiday thing because my parent's were invited to a wedding there. And since we've not gone on a holiday as a family for about 2 years already...unless you count a chalet, haha.

So we woke up really early because the bus was leaving from my Church at 7.30am. (But I wasn't tired because I was messaging someone =D hahahaha) Then we took the bus to the checkpoint, saw lots of other unpatriotic Singaporeans leaving Singapore on National Day like us. =X

Erh, I forgot to set International Roaming on so there was no signal the moment I left Singapore. Then I couldn't set International Roaming once in Malaysia already because there was no signal. =(

Fell asleep on and off on the bus. Oh and I got really bored of the songs in my sister's mp3 because there's only 20 songs in it and it's just repeating again and again and again. I think I've memorized the lyrics for all the songs inside already. Haha.

Reached Malacca at about 1pm, and we stayed at Hotel Mahkota Malacca.

Went for lunch at Kenny Roger's at this gigantic shopping centre opposite. Hahaha Kenny's shop! /lame joke.

Haha. Spent the Afternoon at the shopping center, erm, shopping? =) Didn't really find anything interesting, but I bought a Patrick Star! =P Haha oh and I saw this Scouts wallet that I think looks rather girly, haha.

Stephen wanted me to buy for him. Eee I'm not going to waste money like that. =P

Went back to the hotel room in the evening and lazed around. =D

There were lots and lots of birds roosting in the trees. Those white stuff are birds btw. /Obviously -.-

The Sunset was really bright! And I was really lazy to go leave the hotel room! Haha.

I'm undecided over which is nicer, not in focus on top or focus below?

Haha, went out for supper at MacD nalds. =)

Okay I think I'm being really mean making fun of broken signboards. =X

Haha, reached back at the Hotel at around 11.45pm, went to sleep at around 12.30, and woke up at 7.30am because my room was really bright by that time already. Went for a buffet breakfast! =D

Woah, I want to go get a yo-yo again! I used to have a glow-in-the-dark one but lost it somewhere, haha. Then I shall be a pen-spinning yo-yo-playing photograph-taking guitarist. =D

Took the bus back to Singapore, stopped somewhere for lunch at a Chinese restaurant, then went back to Singapore already. =)

Had dinner at Swensen's! Haha. =P

Went to watch Prom Night after National Celebrations on Friday with Malvina, Felicia, Hui Qin, Mu Chen, Ling Tong and Stephen at Tampines Mall.

Okay, the movie itself was rather. Okay la. Lots of those suspense parts and those 'suddenly something pop outs in front of you' kind of scary parts. =) It's not so much of scary as shocking, haha. =D The ending was rather fast though, but I guess there's no point having a complicated ending when the scary parts are all over. And I think the lead character should have definitely gone insane by the end of the movie after seeing so many people dying already.

Haha. Went for a late lunch at Mos Burger, then went around, then went home. =)

Okay. Lots of missing parts but I don't need to blog anything down because I can remember everything! =) Haha. It's one of the best days of my life though. =P
