Despair.

Taken by Hao Xiang a long long time ago at Changi Airport. I think I was kind of sleeping/emoing.
It was not hard to live through a day, if you can live through a moment. What creates despair is the imagination, that pretends there is a future, and insists on predicting millions of moments, thousands of days, and so drains you that you cannot live the moment at hand." -Andre Dubus
Was reading this short story by Andre Dubus a while back and came upon this quote. Kind of true isn't it? An opposing argument could be made that if you live only for the moment you lose foresight in your decisions and take risks without calculating the consequences. But I think I'm more tired of predicting the millions of moments that could happen.

Probably won't blog much for the next two weeks because schoolwork is escalating to 'that time of the month' where you feel stressed out and irritable and get angry easily. Submission Week. =(
